The development of a wind farm takes on average about 4 to 8 years. The essential phases are the project development phase to get the building permit =RTB (ca. 4 to 6 years, the construction phase with 1 to 2 years and as soon as the wind park is on grid the operating phase with 20 to 25 years.
Phase1: Project development with building permit(RTB)
Of central importance in the realization of investments in connection with the construction of wind turbine generators are aspects of environmental protection, spatial planning and the requested permits. Besides selecting a suitable wind park location for the WTGs and securing it via land lease or land purchase agreements it is recommended to conduct a wind potential analysis based on wind measurements, park layouts with different WTGs, electricity yield calculations and wind opinions from experts. Further prerequisites for obtaining the final building permit are besides the consent of the military and civil aviation also the grid conditions/agreement with the grid operator, the transmission easement and the final park layout (see project development/rightpackage on the following pages).
lease contract by Ravens Power AG, the term is 25 years with an option for
extension. The land lease contracts will be registered in the Land Registry
with the foundation of the SPV and are freely transferable.

The rights to the land with a total area of 420 ha has been secured by a land The land is plain without obstacles (trees/higher buildings)and hardly
populated within a short distance to the Baltic sea.
Phase 2 and 3: Construction and operation of the wind park
After receipt of the building permit and the necessary financing, the construction work will be performed within 6 to 12 months and the installation of the wind turbines will be carried out in the 3rd and 4th quarter of 2016. Upon completion of the test run and commissioning of the wind farm the full operation is scheduled to start in the first half year of 2017.
